In early 2021, the U.S. Census Bureau released its EEO Tabulation of the latest Census data which was derived from the 2014-2018 American Community Survey (ACS). This was the most current EEO data available for calculating workforce availability since the 2010 Census. In September, 2021, the OFCCP announced that government contractors will be required to use this new tabulation in their Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) beginning January 1, 2022.
