The requirement to include employer pay information in annual EEO-1 filings was upheld and reinstated on March 4, 2019, by a federal judge in Washington, D.C.  (EEO-1 pay requirements were adopted during President Obama’s administration and have not yet been implemented.) Additionally, and as a result of the recent government shutdown, EEOC extended the 2018 EEO-1 filing deadline to May 31, 2019. It is not yet known whether employer pay data will be required for 2018 EEO-1 reporting.
