VEVRAA Benchmark Now 5.9%
Effective on March 31, 2019, the new Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) hiring benchmark is 5.9 percent. Veteran AAPs with effective dates later than March 31 are required to use the new benchmark. Next fiscal year, OFCCP plans to incorporate VEVRAA Focused Reviews into the Corporate Scheduling Announcement List.
