Craig Leen, formerly the acting director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, was named as OFCCP’s permanent leader, a DOL spokeswoman confirmed Dec. 26. Leen took over for the previous politically appointed director, Ondray Harris, in July. The position doesn’t require Senate confirmation.
